Company representatives recently met with WMCRP Architects to kick off the design process of our rennovation. WMCRP walked through the building and discussed the proposed renovations and addition, so they could negotiate a design fee and schedule. The design fee proposal is due on June 1, 2003.
The design team is lead by Atr Robinson of WMCRP. Other consultants working with WMCRP include Medonza, Ribas, Farinas & Assocaites ( Electrical & Mechanical Engineering); Rostl, Inc.(Structural Engineering) and A. Morton Thomas & Associates (Civil Engineering). This company looks forward to working with these firms to develop design solutions to meet our current and long range facilities requirements.
It is expected that the design process will take several months to complete and w2ill result in a complete set of construction documents that will be used to solicit bids for construction.
