Photos by Sara Russell

On Friday, April 9, 2004 at approximately 2140 hours Rescue Squad 8 and Ambulance 88 responded to a personal injury accident at Addison Road South and Wilburn Drive.

While enroute, communications upgraded the call because of a possible entrapment. That brough Engine 51, and Medic 29 to the scene. Ambulance 389 responded as a second basic ambulance. Chiefs 8, 5 (running as Battalion Chief 1), Chief 5A (running as the volunteer safety officer) and Chief 5B also responded.

Units found a three-car accident, however there were no people trapped. Three patients were transported to area hospitals.
