On Sunday, December 9, 2007, Grafton Boswell, lifetime member of Capitol Heights Volunteer Fire Department, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer.
Grafton joined the Capitol Heights Volunteer Fire Department in the early 1940’s and was very active in the department through the 1960’s and early 1970’s.
He was a World War II veteran, having served in the U.S. Army.
