The Capitol Heights Volunteer Fire Department is sad to report the passing of past Assistant Chief Raymond Carlton “RC” Jones, Sr. , on the morning of November 22, 2022.

On February 9, 2021, our department lost a dedicated, well-respected member of our company and of the Prince George’s County fire service, but more importantly we lost a dear friend and family member.
